Absolutely – waiting in line is a physical, but also a mental burden. Unfortunately, it is not rare, it is inevitable: either in banks, or post offices, municipalities, waiting rooms of health centers… Wherever it is administered. All that, in itself, and how tiring you are. And especially if it’s crowded and the wait becomes endlessly long – never getting in line.

How many times have we found ourselves in doubt as to which line to choose? Whichever one they stop at, it seems to us that “the other one goes faster”! If we add to all this the usual discussion about whether someone “jumps in line”, or who “kept the line” for whom, or who left and then came back… About panting behind the back, “in the neck” or impaired discretion, when at least a dozen people have an overview of everything you do at the counter, to say the least. All of this creates nervousness among people waiting in line, which is usually transmitted to the administrative staff on the other side of the counter.

The “Q-tronik roll-call system” was developed with the intention of making waiting, as much as possible, bearable, less tiring. Surveys have shown that for those who are waiting, the most important thing is that they don’t have to push themselves in line, as well as that a fair order is ensured. Also, with this system, the length of waiting is reduced to a reasonable, acceptable and dignified measure.
